You basically get to pick your own schedule. It was easy to pick a schedule that worked around school and another part time job that I had. The job felt rewarding but it was certainly difficult.

Cons

The job isn’t for everyone. There are many difficult times and circumstances which I felt underpaid and undervalued for.
