Huge favoritism at GB location (they’ll overlook stuff and pay you more if the CD or other top supervisors like you), pay rate, health benefits not great, gossip culture, pressure to drink for “happy hour” with supervisors, CD uses inappropriate language at work, unfair caseload dispersement, unrealistic job expectations, they really don’t care about you
