      You will never be bored. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for one person. As positions have been eliminated or left vacant, those duties get handed off to you. Salary is below average for the industry. They are not able to attract the best talent.

      Pay and benefits are good but the work environment is unfriendly. You will be treated differently based on your background.

      Cons

      Dedication to work and merit is not valued here. Your success depends on how well you get along with senior employees, supervisors, etc. If people do not like you, they will make up stuff so that you get fired or even better if you leave by yourself.
