      Pros

      The pay is much higher than most other jobs in the area. Especially when it comes to starting pay. Benefits like health coverage are good especially if you are only claiming yourself. Most of the people there have been there for most of their careers. Employees and the company are very community focused.

      Cons

      Promotions are usually based on seniority more than qualifications for some positions. Because of the nature of some of the positions in the company, you may have to work long hours or during the middle of the night. Some of the equipment and trucks are older and should be replaced.
