      pay is good that is about it

      Cons

      very snobby and cliques in every department- extreme micro managing to the point you walk on eggshells daily- pay isn't worth the disrespect and terrible manangement

      Pros

      Good Benefits and Pay, nice people, nice equipment, good hours.

      Cons

      Inconsistent accountability, managers wont stick up for you, very political, some departments are very clicky, people from Green Bay headquarters tend to be arrogant, union doesn't stick up for you and tends to get in the way of advancement.

      Pros

      The company offers good benefits, insurance and compensation. There are many different careers available ranging from outside work on electric and natural gas facilities.

      Cons

      Depending on the work, the hours can be extremely long and travel required at times. This can be especially challenging for younger families when striving for a work/life balance.
