Here that is considered very taboo; everyone minds their own business, stays in their own little world, and if you don't like something you are expected to simply accept it. 4. The company is 'cheap' to its employees. 5. Salaries are average at best. 6. Overqualified employees including management are used to call customers on a weekly basis and hit quotas to ensure satisfaction.
