Pros

PTO, Insurance, free food, hybrid. Don't let the perks blind you...it's a disorganized nightmare.

Cons

No work-life balance, disorganized, lack of management. The onboarding is awful, you don't even know what you'll actually be doing in your position until week 2-3. Even then, the trainers have been out of the actual queue for so long, their info is outdated. There you're just thrown in to learn as you go, hoping to make their insane QA and SLA requirements. If you like having job security, this isn't the place for you. During my time there half of my team was wrongfully fired in one day, most were still on probation. There was no oversight to the managers actions, so the remainder of us had to go to HR to ask for an investigation. The investigation showed that our manager was in the wrong, and those people shouldn't have been let go. This job caused me so much anxiety. RUN!!!! It's not worth the free snacks.

Pros

Trips twice a year for summer and winter days Health benefits: low cost/free

Cons

Low salary in the U.S due to lack of research for employees within the U.S There seems to be a lot of favortitism with employees in Estonia Micro-management/spying on employees Unable to receive constructive criticism senior management & subordinate, primarily in Estonia Lack of knowledge/experience, training within this field Plenty of miscommunication with its Tampa office in regards to updates on procedures Treat Tampa employees as clueless employees Having to conduct our own research in order to ask for a raise and never be given one, after multiple attempts Compliance team on-boarding clients despite the questionable activity conducted by business/individual With its current AML/EDD procedures in place, company is prone to on-board clients that are might be conducting illegal activities Compliance department (Chargeback, Verifications, AML/EDD, Fraud) are perceived not as important roles as Customer Service. Empty promises Tampa Salaries: C.S - $14 per hr, but after a year receive a $2.00 increase hourly Verifications aka On-boarding KYC/AML- $17 per hour Ops: $20 per hour but after a year, you also receive a $2.00 increase hourly The only department that has asked for a raised, provided documentation as reason for the raise multiple times and has yet to receive an actual raise is Verfications.

Pros

Mostly cool coworkers Offices look nice Chance to travel -Medical benefits we're great - most have a good work life balance but those that don't work way too much and end up burnt out quickly

Cons

-As CS if you're not promoted within 3 months you're likely stuck with that position until you leave. -Higher ups have a tendency to promote new hires (as little as one month old!) to team lead. -Processes aren't fully fleshed out in some areas, and any attempt to improve that is met with "this is how we've always done it" - you're dealing with people's money, they WILL get mad at you. it's an obvious for CS but still sucks - the culture is non existent now. favoritism is clear and present. Everyone knows where everyone else stands with management and gossip is constant. - pay is not that great for lower levels - Senior management for the most part seemed oblivious to any issues in our office or just ignored them if they were aware
