Pros

Ample time off. Free snacks. A lot of work travel.

Cons

Work travel is basic economy even international. No space in Austin office. Senior Leadership is truly awful and only looks out for themselves. Very male dominant as far as who makes decisions. Consequences if you speak up.

Good Benefits, Poor Career

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits package is excellent, with good PTO, stock grants, comfortable office with weekly lunches and events. Company does a good job respecting identity of employees and letting them be themselves.

Cons

No job growth. Roles are few and far between. When a role is open to both internal and external hires, they tend to hire external. Tampa has been turned into a zero growth office. Opportunities in Austin will not offer relocation assistance. If you work here, you're not getting a raise and you're not getting a role outside of your initial department. Metrics metrics metrics. No matter what your coworkers think and give positive feedback on, if you have a single metric out of place you can forget any kind of progression.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoy the benefits package on offer, as well as the office environment and inclusive culture. Our goal is to help our customers as quickly as possible when they need assistance and setting KPIs helps ensure we’re able to meet this goal and identify gaps where we may need to invest in the future. These KPIs are designed to not be burdensome but to guide and support, paving the way for personal development and improved outcomes. If you'd like to share further feedback about your experience, I hope you feel comfortable to make yourself known to one of our People Advisors so we can sit down and discuss it with you to get a better understanding. We’d really like to hear more and see what we can do to improve things for you.
