Pros

Good amount of PTO, sick days. Accessible office.

Cons

Unfortunately, company loosing it’s culture and for servicing operations micromanagement makes employees overwhelmed and burned out.

In terms of lead training, we offer a range of development opportunities for leads, including a structured leadership framework, leadership training and development for newly hired and promoted leads, and company-wide coaching and mentoring programs. Pros

It’s difficult to find any pros to work at Wise. Probably the only thing is the number of sick days.

Cons

Poor pay. There is no adult in the room. Management is untrained and do not possess the skills to develop individuals and support their advancement. Significant internal bottle necks between departments.

- Great Coworkers - Free weekly lunch - Great Team Leads

Cons

- Upper Management does not care about the voice of the regular agents - Leads used to dispense information so that upper management does not get flack - Late salary reviews - No room for growth
