      Pros

      Wise provide a lot of pay time off and other benefits that the market does not have . Wise also is a hybrid time of work, you work from home and just go to the office 1 time a week. They also give the permission to work overseas for 90 days a year. The coworkers become friends.

      Cons

      Too many opportunities, but the person will only have a chance , if they are their favorite.
