Pros

Great benefits including 25 PTO 15 sick days 12 paid holidays. Stock program.

Cons

Micromanagement, opportunities for growth only if you are part of the crew that makes the decisions. It’s not based on qualification, it’s based on who they like personally. HR doesn’t care. Favoritism is a common practice. The Benefits doesn’t worth close to the burnout you will probably have.
