The Customer Challenge that we regularly run during Mission Days events does exactly what you've asked for - giving senior leads the opportunity to experience the role of a frontline employee first hand. We have just completed one of these challenges last week and I'm sure there will be a lot of learnings that the participants will take back to their teams.
