      Pros

      I've been with the company for several months and it's been great so far. Good people, good atmosphere, on a good mission to make transferring money world wide as smooth and painless as possible. Everyone is easy to talk to, hard working, and willing to help. Great company benefits and business has gotten stronger during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Parking at the office is becoming too busy and during some shifts people may be forced to park on the side streets.

      - awesome mission: the success of the company is heavily aligned with doing right by the customer. if the company is successful, they will keep a lot more money in people's pockets worldwide and help people reduce stress when moving money - you get to work on problems with huge impact and scale, which allows you to really grow - they have managed to hire some world class engineers - product culture is infectious, there's bright minds who share awesome learning and research across many different geographies. great to learn about product strategy for a global company

      - for smaller offices, sometimes the communication overhead is difficult - there is a lot of cross-team coordination involved

      Pros

      They give you a lot and they expect a lot. This job is not for people that can not commit to the work and what the company stands for. Management is personal and approachable. The salary is decent, the environment is great. And is a great opportunity to learn in a type of company that is very rare here in the US. Amazing benefits. Company lunches and opportunities to get to know your co workers.

      Cons

      No training manual. At the beginning the task can be a bit overwhelming. They need to implement better training. .
