Incompetent leadership and abuse of everyone below Senior Lead level

Impossible company to work for. Cannot think of anything positive.

Cons

Senior team leads and above are grossly incompetent. They seriously have no idea what they are doing and blame their incompetence on "a fast paced environment". What they don't at all understand is that it's their bad decision making and inability to consider consequences of their decisions that make things impossible to execute. And then team leads and operational employees (the ones actually doing the work) that get blamed. Constant changes in priorities, completely unreasonable expectations, a generally disgusting view of how to treat people. And then they try and hide behind some free lunches and snacks in the office to pretend like they actually care about the employees. Avoid working for this sinking ship at all costs if you don't want to burn out and be abused in the workplace. HR has been alerted over and over about theses issues but do absolutely nothing.
