      - "We hire people and we trust them" > Nobody will tell you what to do. You decide. - Great founders to work with. - Good pool of talents. - Growth focused environment - You learn a lot

      - Not a confortable position. You will need to have significant impact to survive. No BS. - Very demanding job.

      Pros

      TrasferWise do the best for employees to work comfortable and happy. We are so spoiled and I'm happy to work at Transferwise Great environment, great people Pet friendly, we can take our lovely pets to the office. Massage chairs Team lunch Drinks and Snacks Unlimited coffee and tea RunWise and so on!

      Cons

      Not enough restrooms we are many people but we are going to move next year so its going to be solved.

      For me the best two things have to be the opportunity to evolve and work with other teams in TW, this environment is so supportive of growth! The second best thing is how friendly, helpful and supportive everyone is towards each other, not to mention - what an awesome bunch of people :) But I also need to mention the free beverages, exellent coffee, free team events (pottery, yoga

      Cons

      Too much fun in the office! And Juan's dog always looks at me with puppy eyes when I take out my food :) I also hate the massage chairs. Horrible, just horrible.
