      Pros

      Very fast paced flat organization. There is no hierarchy. You will own and be have full responsibility to deliver on projects. Super customer-focused. Growing like crazy. Offices in London, Tallinn, NYC.

      Cons

      Growing like crazy. Lots of responsibility to own and deliver on projects. Lots of interaction between the three offices so there is some burden to fly internationally every quarter and join internal video hangouts frequently.

      Pros

      I feel sad for the people for whom TransferWise is their first employer, because it effectively ruins their lives - they will not want to work for any other company with less enthusiasm for their goal. The purpose of the company really unites the teams and creates a great atmosphere unlike anywhere else.

      Cons

      Like I said - the company culture and feeling of empowerment may haunt you forever. If there are any cons, its raising the bar so high. While you get enough perks in your job, it's not a company that lures you in with the promise of free lunches. If you're looking for a hefty benefits package, you shouldn't be looking at the start-up world anyway.

      Pros

      Every day I drive to work with a smile on my face, because I get to do one amazingly challenging, and rewarding job, and to be around a bunch of so many inspiring and smart people. You are loved, supported, and heard at all times. It's like a second family you will gain when working here.
