      Pros

      Clean and tidy office Welcoming and collaborating culture Flourishing team environment Changing landscape so you can always sharpen your mind :)

      Cons

      KPIs and SLAs could feel like constraints to keeping deadlines, being on track with your work or to your mental health if you are new to a multinational company and not used to keeping up with company and regulative requirements, but you can ease into it once you know how to handle a fast paced environment and the team is supportive.

      Pros

      Great Work Life Balance (Besides commun benefits, in Brazil you got enhanced holidays when the holiday is on non working days - you can choose a day off in the year per each holiday that is not on working days, besides 6 paid weeks sabatical after 4 years). Great Benefits (Best health plan I've ever had) Education Allowance Gret enviroment to work with Good food voucher (In Brazil) Fun Budget is awsome

      Cons

      Most of teams do not have analysts If you're not used to work on fintechs, workload and change of directions can sacre a little bit you Some daily allowances to travel is not sufficient (London, in particular, which is an expansive city). There's a separation from certain areas. It seems that some areas have more budget than others (all the teams encouters more often etc). Mission Days is not for every team, for example.
