Great colleagues who are always willing to help; decent benefits and good PTO; a fast-paced environment where you can reach out to just about anyone for a chat.

Cons

Transparency between senior management and operating agents needs improvement. Rapid growth is testing management's ability to trust the customer experience > arbitrary team expectations > personal ego. Pay is reasonable but more investment in the professional development of employees would help a lot
