Good product. Good pay. Pockets of nice people Challenging new projects

Cons

Heavy nepotism. If you do the right thing you cannot be here for long. Cofounders and their friends & family will stay here forever even if they don’t contribute to anything. The only cofounder who added value to the company was removed last year. You may survive if you always agree with the cofounders or join their group activities (MIT alumni association, Bible study etc) This company will stay afloat only for reasons like minority owned business and their false show of diversity&inclusion.
