Pros

There are no real pros if you look at it objectively, low pay, even if you’re ridiculously overqualified, for unrealistic expectations. Don’t get caught in the scam that is Wise Systems.

Cons

Low pay for a Boston/Cambridge average, management and team have little regard for work/life balance, operations are sloppy and unprofessional in between and throughout management and team.

Pros

Wise Systems is a fantastic place to work. The new leaders bring a wealth of experience and have implemented changes that have improved the company. While there have been some growing pains, the beautifully designed product and the company's overall potential make it an exciting place. Overall, it provides a great work environment for employees eager to be a part of a dynamic and growing company, with the ability to make an impactful difference.

Cons

In my experience working at Wise Systems, I have noticed that there are some opportunities to improve communication and alignment. Specifically, there is room for improvement in sharing information across departments. I have noticed that there can be challenges when working with individuals who have limited experience but hold significant decision-making power. It would be helpful for the company to offer more training and support for employees and for those employees to be receptive to other perspectives who are in these types of roles.
