      Pros

      The people who I get to work with day in and day out are the best! The leadership is very transparent about the company’s financials, strategic plan, and our President is truly a genuinely caring guy.

      Cons

      Technology could be better. We did a great job moving home during COVID, but we still have challenges getting good computers, enough software licenses and some software we would all like to use.

      Your bosses want the best for you, want to help you grow, positive environment, and very cool office.

      Cons

      Though there is good work/life balance, there is more work in the state than engineers to do it, so lots of work coming in can lead to crunch time.
