Great company. Good environment, comfortable office, convenient location Small company feel- CEO makes an effort to know all 240+ employees by name. Majority of employees are remote service technicians spread out over several states, but the CEO travels to meet face-to-face with as many employees as possible and to ask for their feedback. He would never qualify for "Undercover Boss", because everyone knows who he is. Supportive, recognizes excellence, cares about customers and staff. Good benefits and compensation. Responsive management.
Cons
The size of the company may limit potential career growth within the organization at least in administration, but the company is growing and more internal opportunities are appearing. I have no complaints. If you are not hung up on titles, you can learn a lot and create opportunities for yourself. It's a good place to work. They consistently reward loyalty, hard work, teamwork and excellence in customer service.
