Pros

Senior managers reward their employees when they go a above and beyond. They communicate well and act on suggestions from the staff. Benefits are very good and the owners have made an effort to increase the benefits in the past year or so.

Cons

I can't think of any cons at this time.

Pros

The company consists of predominantly tenured employees. There is a real sense of worth and value, as the atmosphere is like a family oriented feel. This makes it much easier to WANT to do good work, to keep the family progressing.

Cons

Company celebrations (Holiday parties, etc) are held during business hours, making it nearly impossible for the techs in the field to enjoy the festivities.

Pros

I didn't have enough work time to make a decision on the pros

Cons

I was hired because of my many years of experience of working for Glory Global but i was never given the chance to blossom because they hired me as an alarm technician and when i applied for a transfer to the cash handling side, i was laid off with no explanation. I never even finished my 90 days probationary period so it couldn't be that i didn't have the experience or knowledge because i have more then 20 years experience in servicing of alarms, card access, video, and cash handling machines. I was given a paper that said the company does not need your services any longer and you can collect unemployment benefits and also gave me a two weeks severance pay. Its terrible how they went about it and very sad that in this day and age companies still operate like this.
