I've been an employee at Wittenbach for almost 10 years and have had continuous opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Managers are always looking for ways to help their employees achieve their goals and to push them to better themselves in their careers. Wittenbach is also a very close knit company where Sr. Management and even the owner of the company knows all employees by name and they take the time to form relationships with them. You're not just a number at Wittenbach.

My experience at Wittenbach was extremely positive and it is very troublesome to read many of the reviews on this site. I worked closely with management in my position and I found them to be some of the most competent and intelligent people that I’ve come across in all of my years of work. The years that I spent learning under Wittenbach’s controller are some of the best spent of my working career. Yes, you have to work hard but the hard work is rewarded. The culture at Wittenbach is incredible. I have made lifelong friends. Employees hang out on the weekends and after work because they actually like each other. The office is decorated for the holidays. The owner knows everyone’s name. There is something to be said for that in today’s age.
