Pros

The job it self is not bad Monday to Friday all holiday pay , upper management can definitely use some improvement pay could be a bit better a lot of works ! Need to hire more people , short handed the whole time I was working there, did not get a raise up until I told them I was leaving the company, training was not good .

Cons

Could be very stressful at time , get treated like kids , treating to get fired by upper management
