Great Workplace Environment: Valued Emloyees and Respectful Atmosphere

Pros

-The management is excellent, Emloyees are valued, and you can always feel it. -Work environment is peaceful, and everyone respects each other. -They are providing opportunities for self-improvement and keeping employees regularly informed about company. At the quarterly meeting, the CEO, CFO and HR encourage everyone to Express themselves, and the skip-the-line meeting are also very valuable for me. - As far as i know, hybrid working option is available in most departments. Benefits are good and everybody receives an extra PTO for their birthday.

Cons

I have been working here as a Business analyst since November. Before starting, I was a Little hasitant after reading the comments on Glassdoor. However, I am glad that i did not listen to thoes who left negative Feedback. So far, i have not encountered any negative situations that i can write about.

What Wittenbach Means to Me

Pros

Previously full-time and ready to retire but was offered a chance to go part-time. Flexible schedule to be able to work from home if needed. Outstanding supervisor that listens to my concerns and works to reassure me of those being resolved/settled. Department is very team oriented to work together with any conflicts. They always help with any needs outside of the department.

Cons

Departments need to work together to make a large company provide the small family company service feel to their customers by cross-training departments (create sister departments). Departments are separated and do not offer any help to customers if they have reached the wrong department... Work with the customer and reassure them that they will take care of the issue at hand instead of "I'm sorry I don't handle that" and transfer them. Think outside the box to help the customer at that moment.
