Good people working here for most part but very disconnected

Cons

Product on the Bright Funds side is not good. There is now a ton of competition in this space now and almost al of them are better. No inbound lead traction but there isn't an outbound program?

The teams I work with are awesome, and the job comes with a lot of flexibility and work life balance. Plus the mission is an easy one to get behind.

- the people I worked with were pretty great!

Cons

- higher up didn't have respect for the average worker - does not support a good work-life balance - lots of sexism - management will make empty promises as way to motivate workers
