-Unlimited PTO, when you have time to take it off

Cons

-Salary & Benefits -Product is outdated and terrible to work with -Lack of team communication between different departments -Workload is heavy, and you will burn out fast -Management does not care about employees retention -high turnover rate for the reasons above

Used to have company lunch, remote Fridays/hybrid schedule (but now just remote since covid) Sill have unlimited PTO... when you can take it. 401K match, ok health insurance

Cons

benefits haven't improved, especially since covid started. it was great the company was hybrid prior to covid with remote Fridays, but the culture has been lost in the process. no more lunches on thursdays and rarely company activities. people are also not compensated accordingly for the extra work they put in
