Some of the research analysts are very talented. People (mainly associates) work very hard here.

Cons

Just look for the negative reviews on here and they are all pretty accurate/portray the reality. It seems that all of the positive reviews follow after negative ones. Employees likely encouraged to leave nice reviews to boost company reputation. Business is reliant on another Japanese bank to survive.
