You can fine a few colleagues who will help you at work.

Cons

It's hard to sell a product or service when you don't really understand what your products and service are. The company didn't create a good training program to male the sales reps absorb and understand what's being taught.

Pros

Unlike the bigger shops, Wolfe produces some of the best research on the Street. Founder has a solid reputation for being fair and honest plus an overall good guy who hires like minded people. Career advancement via teach ins from senior analysts are also available.

Cons

Fair but not frilly. Due to the growth of the company, offices can be cramped. They are supposedly moving into a bigger office space in 2020.

Culture is the most overused word in business but Wolfe has it. Firm is on the rise and growing. Intense but worth it.

Cons

When you're a growing firm there are bumps in the learning curve that come along with it
