You can fine a few colleagues who will help you at work.

Cons

It's hard to sell a product or service when you don't really understand what your products and service are. The company didn't create a good training program to male the sales reps absorb and understand what's being taught.

Enjoyable place to work. Friendly people.

Cons

Little compensation and no teamwork. Rude and obnoxious behavior from front line employees and senior management was sadly tolerated and often overlooked. Steep learning curve in terms of knowledge. There was no growth. Working atmosphere was very tensed. I would rather live of dirt and live in a box than work in this company. Like I said in the title, run away.
