The tools and equipment are great, but sadly it's not for you to use

The company has great tools and equipments but not available for every employee to use. You're lucky if you get to assigned with these equipments especially whenyou're new. Most new employees get the old ones and they're so bad to use to be honest

The company is growing, but the workforce and infrastructure are not growing at the same pace. As a result, everyone and everything is dealing with a lot of pressure. Sadly, the management doesn't seem too eager to hire more skilled workforce or boost up the infrastructure
