Nothing. Joining was a terrible mistake.

Cons

Everything. Culture and morale suck and I'm just looking for exit options at this point. No idea who would say this place is on the rise unless it's fake reviews from mgmt. Pay and benefits package is way below industry though tbf the avg associate here performs way below average vs comparable BB/EB associates.

-Each analyst team is really their own franchise within the whole, which allows for a lot of autonomy and creativity -That being said, there is a ton of support from senior management. Senior management takes the idea of having an open door policy seriously. It doesn’t matter if you’re a senior analyst, a brand new associate, or even an admin – senior management will always make time to sit down with you if you have a problem or want to talk about your professional development - Everyone who works here is really friendly and fun

Cons

It can be intense. This is a competitive industry and Wolfe strives to be the best. However, they make the intensity really clear during the interview process, so it shouldn’t be taking anyone by surprise
