      Pros

      Employees get free food, which is okay, I guess.

      Cons

      It's better to just leave this company for other better ones. I assure you that the stress and hassle aren't worth the average-level salary that the management offered you. There is no real compelling reason for employees to stay here. There's no growth, only subpar compensation, lackluster environment, and absent-minded managers.

      Pros

      The compensation package offered was quite satisfactory, including a competitive salary and a comprehensive set of benefits. There were also a good bunch of coworkers.

      Cons

      The company had a very toxic work environment, with a CEO who was known for being extremely demanding and harsh. The pressure to perform was intense and people were always walking on eggshells, afraid of making a mistake that could lead to a nonstop berating from the CEO.

      Pros

      The free food in the break room is cool along with the super nice employees.

      Cons

      Management likes to strike fear into the employees by giving them tasks that are unable to be completed without years of experience that they automatically think you have. Company does not pay attention to the kind of access you get and mainly will give you just about anything.
