      Pros

      There were incentives, bonuses, and other types of rewards. There were a few nice people in the office. It's fun working with them.

      Cons

      Extreme stress, one-person management that toys around with employees and disrespecting them. You will work under threat of being fired and you will be treated as a slave and as per the wish of the CEO. You will gain nothing there, it's not a value-adding experience. It's more like value-reducing experience.

      To be fair, our pay always come on time which is the most important thing.

      Cons

      Very incompetent management who always BLAMES employees for their TERRIBLE decisions. Managers make a lot of promises but gets away with it by acting indifferent and starts yelling at employees. This makes the turnover rate so high because it's like a CIRCUS in here!!

      Pros

      I have worked for many companies over the years , but I have to say this is by FAR the best. I really feel like I have a place here, I matter , I am respected and I am not just a number. I am compensated very well and that did take some getting used to. I am a go getter and work hard and I am recognized for that. That was something else I had to get used to. I was not used to being appreciated, and for that I am grateful. Everyone is helpful and there is no work drama. Very refreshing. I never thought I would say " I love my job' but I honestly do. People here care, our CEO is very generous, and the culture is phenomenal.

      Quite honestly, I do not have any.
