      Great business as a whole, but working there is not the quality of life I dreamed of at work.

      Cons

      Only listens to contractors and not full time workers who put their true time and energy into the job.

      Pros

      Overall company operations are mostly button up.

      Cons

      This market (selling brand gift cards at a discount) is pretty uncertain. The CEO is the sole proprietor and he lets you know it. Nice story on the surface, but there is a lot of pressure to always agree with the CEO.

      - Checks never bounced - company’s meet-ups - some teammates were really nice

      Cons

      - micromanagement is insane. Too much reporting and they’d make you feel bad for working remotely or taking pto. - management is horrible. - they expect you to master everything the first day you start. - Company’s said culture doesn’t match reality . - Too many yes men - High turnover rate. - The last straw for me was when i was denied time off for a very important event in my life. That’s how i knew they really didn’t care as they claimed.
