      Pros

      Some good people are in that office, and everyone says the same thing. I'm trapped!

      Based on my observations, there are significant challenges within the organization. Leadership presents a polished image externally, but internal dynamics suggest otherwise. The environment appears to favor affirmation over constructive dialogue, with a tendency to prioritize alignment with the CEO’s perspective over critical thinking. This approach may hinder the company’s ability to sustain growth and innovation. Furthermore, the senior leadership team seems to operate under significant pressure, sometimes facing public criticism, which could impact morale and decision-making effectiveness. Without shifts in leadership style and team empowerment, the organization may struggle to overcome these obstacles.

      There are some really good people working for Wolfe. Unfortunately they are powerless.

      Cons

      I left Wolfe in 2024 and have been carefully following the number of women leaving the company - either being fired, or leaving on their own. You gotta ask, why? Is the CEO a nightmare? Is the HR department just doing whatever he says? Is it hostile for women? Gotta wonder. In my experience, yes to all of this. Good luck to those who think they are trapped there, and if you are considering this employer, just don’t. They proclaim a great culture, but it’s only words.

      Pros

      It seems like software development has the most problems but when you look at the reviews, majority of the marketing reviews are written by those looking to influence the rating and not give a real review. The Pro here is the red flag being upfront. Marketing is their code word on here and it isn't for the likely 4 person marketing team that is constantly changing. It is just managers doing what they are told with methodology circa 2005.

      Cons

      There are a load of places that are a great next step after here. The best thing you can say is many other people have been in your shoes and moved on. That is common on places like this where management takes no feedback and you will appreciate your next job more for this experience. You will gain a lot of friends talking about your experience here once you leave. Everyone knows.
