Cons

The company is stuck in the past. There is very little effort put into preventative measures or planning. Everything is reactive and emoyees are made to feel like everything has to be done right now.

Benefits, trainings, If your in the club you can go far.

Cons

Supervisors are bullies who micro manage And use scare tactics to enforce their agenda to further their career. Supervisors have no formal management training and are promoted and always micro manage. The good ole boys club is alive and well here. Facilities department is a joke. Enforcement of rules is based on if your friends with supervisors. Zero tolerance for anyone who isn’t in their club. Pay is terrible compared to other facilities jobs.
