Pros
-Offers training/experience in a wide array of tools used in the commissions field
Cons
-Extremely poor communication from the CEO all the way down to director. Opened my email last October to find an abrupt email stating that they were divesting the LED portion of the business and that my current manager would be moved to manage the commission department there. -The company is the most political/woke employer that I have worked for. Mandatory attendance at "privilege walk" diversity and inclusion meetings. -A lot of backstabbing by colleagues and even managers. Team chemistry is the worst I have experienced.
