      Worst Company - Treats Employees Terrible

      None there are no pros

      Cons

      Laid off most of their workforce Too many high end executives, not enough people doing the work Treat employees terribly with long hours, no promotions, no bonuses, and lay offs without notice Food is reheated by people who have no business being in culinary They hire people off the streets instead of people with experience They protect anyone from Jet.com and Walmart HR is a complete joke and the people working in HR are horrible

      Pros

      Not many could burn thru 900M of investors money and still not break 25M in rev after 5 years, and still need 250M more to survive.

      Cons

      Food waste is criminal, laid off 1000+ people and keep saying they are a growing company. Leadership is clueless about the food biz and only want go IPO vs. building a company.

      The front line employees tend to be caring and creative

      Cons

      HR is a joke, they penalize people for perceived slights without dealing with an internal culture that is backstabbing and cliquish. They make lots of promises and carry through in few of them.
