- I learned a lot and had the opportunity to make an impact quickly. - I liked to performance review process that allowed me to know concretely how I was perceived by my peers.

Cons

- The culture is centered around making profits for the investors. Profit seems more important than sustainability or making sure that the food is healthy for the customers. - No clear evolution path at this company. I don't think there is an effective program in place to ensure Managers are fair.
