      Pros

      Good people, horrific management. They’ve partnered with solid chefs and entities, but this isnt a true foodie experience for guests.

      Cons

      Glorified reheated meals. Why would anyone want reheated “food” when your local delivery restaurants provide better quality. Everything is prepared in a turbo oven or water bath. Management thinks they’re hot sh*t and they try to sell perspective employees that they’re changing the game. The only thing they’ve accomplished is wasting millions in investor dollars pretending to be a tech company. Sad!

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy and trust. Compensation is fair in my opinion. It'll depend on the role/department but I see room to learn and grow. Exciting and fast paced with a pretty clear eye on the prize mentality.

      Cons

      It's still a startup so there is always a bit of chaos and uncertainty. If you're flexible and positive it's not a big deal. Have endured multiple rounds of layoffs which seem to be in the rearview now. Performance review process is ridiculous in that coworkers have direct input of career growth. Time off is difficult to use due to available resources to help cover. Benefits have declined; no 401K match, increased healthcare cost, no cellphone reimbursement (no option for desk phone). Penny smart and dollar stupid.
