      Pros

      Wonder offers a great compensation package, including a competitive salary and stock options. The fast-paced, dynamic environment fosters rapid career growth, providing ample opportunities for professional development. I was hired in at an Associate Director level and in almost three years have been promoted twice and am now a Director II. The collaborative team culture is a standout, with passionate colleagues and a leadership team that values input, fostering a sense of empowerment. Wonder is a place where impactful contributions are recognized, making it a rewarding and inspiring place to be.

      While there are many positives to working at Wonder, it's essential to consider a drawback. The fast-paced nature of the company can be demanding, and some might find it challenging to keep up with the quick changes.

      You will learn but at the price of your mental health

      Pros

      - super smart people, all chose to be here when they could be working in higher-paid and more "prestigious" roles - always changing direction - never boring - you can work in the food industry which is quite interesting

      Cons

      - politics EVERYWHERE - don't promote hard-working people, unless they kiss up to upper management - took away 401k matching for all employees because we "didn't have the money" yet make poor financial decisions like buying siggi yogurt to stock the fridge, throwing employee parties, and paying for everyone's private ubers to new jersey office - basically one rich guy's pet project - not a real business - no diversity in corporate. can count number of non-white corporate employees on two hands. most of them leave or are fired/laid off - ceo makes horrible business decisions and everyone has to deal with the consequences - in many cases, one person is working 2-3 people's jobs and has to work from 9am-11pm consistently + be online on weekends answering urgent requests or at least working on monday deadlines - managers have no time to mange, or training on how to manage because they are constantly overworked and stressed - fake values upheld by hr, no one actually follows them (including upper management themselves) - hr does not do anything to help the situation. just wants to make itself look good
