Pros

Maybe you possibly get to eat something moderately tasty for free.

Cons

The goal post is constantly moving mid-game. No balance between life and work, you will go home and Most of the software / internal tech is outsourced to China. Loads of harassment claims get swept under the rug. The behaviors of those at the Director level of above are self-aggrandizing and toxic. Loads of nepotism and favoritism. Mostly none of them are as creative as they claim and they typically draw ideas from templates or how they did things previously in past jobs. The company is slowly chipping away at crucial employee benefits and regularly demotes.

Great employees, Horrible Management

Pros

Great pay, benefits, amazing peers to work with on a daily basis, free food (sometimes), flexible schedule

Cons

Upper management shifting gears on a weekly basis, making it feel like your work is a waste of time, upper management putting people in positions of power that do not know how to manage people, micromanaging every aspect of your work as if your not trusted to do your job. Upper management that chooses to not interact with certain members of your team making you feel like your inferior. Constant layoffs due to poor decisions being made by decison makers. Managers choosing to lay off employees when they rely on the benefits to take care of their families. Zero compassion or respect. I was with the company for 2 years and was given a runaround regarding reviews and leveling up.
