Pros

- you'll be surrounded by very intelligent and kind people - generally good work life balance

Cons

In my time, the directives coming from up above were changing on a week to week basis. While this could be expected at a startup, the scale at which Wonder operates meant that each weekly shift would waste hundreds of hours of work put in across dozens of people. The company was acting as if it had the agility of a company 1/10th its size which it did not.

Pros

Wonder offers a flexible work schedule and is remote friendly. Wonder promotes from within more than other companies I've worked at.

Cons

Wonder is a startup that has gone through layoffs, there could be more in the future if the new business plan doesn't work out. They changed direction and no longer build electric food delivery vehicles.

Pros

The future of equity could be good

Cons

Before joining research the allegations against top culinary leadership from a Barclays Center lawsuit in 2014 for racial discrimination. This is who this company chooses for their culinary leadership
