Pros

The company is headed in a very strong direction. After a pivot in the business model in early 2023, to make this startup become profitable and scale able, I am very excited to have a rock in this company.

Cons

Some adjustments in our day to day operations may change frequently to make sure we are headed in the correct direction. But I think the effort pays off!
