Pros

You get to interact with students and brighten their day up and also have a ton of freedom to create you own projects for clubs.

Cons

The hourly wage is too little for how much work we do on a day-to-day basis (i.e. lesson planning, child supervision, and conducting projects). Budget is too low for lesson planning.

working with the students was a great experience and they did appreciate the work I was putting into their lessons

underpay, do not offer/or give more hours, depending on the site your supervisors/upper management could be really unhelpful
