Pros
You get to work in schools and that will help with networking. You get to help students after school and I really enjoyed that.
Cons
MANAGEMENT. You want to do so much for the for the students and you won't be making the best money here so you can't pay for supplies out of pocket all the time. You ask for things to help the students and they take forever to give it to you.
