Established company which has some general operating procedures functioning properly.

Cons

Woodcraft rangers expects you to recruit an unrealistic number of students into each club and your job depends on it. Senior management seems only interested in bottom line numbers and does not stand behind employees when necessary.

Pros

Working with the future generation. Kids are exited and willing to learn. They appreciated having a place to be after school. Very flexible schedule

Cons

Does not pay too well. Workers don't get very appreciated. We are more than just "baby sitters". We try our best to give children skills they can use for a lifetime

You get to contribute your talent and creativity and work with talented youth. They provide awesome materials to work with. The managers are super cool and easy to work with. They pay well.

Cons

You have to recruit students but it's still fun.
