Pros

Good learning opportunity with a lot of freedom. If you want to try something you can just go for it.

Cons

Long hours, and not a lot of work life balance. Company culture can be a little slow for the younger crowd.

Pros

Large company but it feels small. Good people to work with and everyone is helpful. Company is growing and getting bigger.

Cons

Because the company is spread out over multiple distribution centers there are multiple people you work with that you never meet.
